Bad Quality

I purchased sterling silver earrings from Bash (Galaxy & Co) online, when I received it, they looked like plastic and immediately bent when trying to put them on.

Bash refuses to return and refund my money due to hygiene reasons, when I haven't been able to wear them since the quality is so shocking.
