Bad delivery short delivery of sim card phone not activated
I purchased a hi Ace cellphone online TFG at Hi thy only delivered 1x sim card of 8ta and they promised to deliver the MTN sim as well. Now my phone is not activated and it's 4 weeks now since they delivered with 1x sim short delivered. Whenever I call their 086 number thy transfer me from pillar to post without no solution till now. The service was poor. I don't know what to do as I have purchased it and I like it but this???
