Bad customer service, refund

I made an online shopping at TFG, for reasons known to them they canceled the order, I had to call to find out what was happening, they told me they out of stock, I asked for a refund they have been giving me a runaround for two weeks now, the customer service says they can't go through to the refunds team and I have sent my banking details to them, I have to use my money and time to call for the past two weeks and nobody is saying anything, so I just accept that I donated 489to TFG and there is nothing I can do about it, since their customer service is not so good as well its like they promote their bad behavior, pls help
