BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TFG

I would like to highlight my disgust in the customer service that I have been receiving from TFG collections account.

Let's start from the beginning.

My account has always been on 12-month payment terms.

I bought items from the branch in Nelspruit at Ilanga Mall. The staff member that served me changed my account to 6 months without asking me.

When I received my first account to pay the ridiculously high premium we contacted TFG accounts departement to please help with the error that occured.

We have contacted the TFG group to please help with the error that was made on my account on several occasions.

The accounts department just shrugs their shoulders and says they cannot help.

I get phoned daily regarding my account. That one of your incompetant staff memebers have changed without even asking me.

The more I tell the people to sort out the mistake that was made by your staff member at Jet in Nelspruit the more they ignore me.

I made an arrangement on various times this month regarding the R810.00 that is payable on my account on the 1st of March. Yet I have received 30 phone calls this month regarding the payment.

Does your company not have computers that you type in the remarks when you make arrangements with customers?

Why in the world would you phone me 30 times in 1 month after arrangements have been made? Just to add more money for charges to my account. To take all the money that was already paid into the account.

I do believe that the person that changed my account to 6months should be held accountable for the emotional and financial damaged that you are causing me. I had never had trouble with TFG until this person put themselves in charge of changing my terms to what she thought would be well.

I have been trying so hard to get this sorted out and your accounts department and collections department just have this don't care attitued of sorting out my problem.

I want that person that changed my account to be held liable for all the additinal costs that was added to my account.
