Bad Customer Service Experience
I went to Sportscene in Carlton Centre, on the 20th of July. Which was yesterday, to buy a pair of jeans. I managed to see your special, on Sneakers. The Nike sneakers where written R749, and when I said I want them. I was told the sale is not ON as yet, it only starts Today. Why do you display the price of a sale, starting the next day before the store closes. What's sad, is that a guy buy the name of Duncan gave me attitude. Instead of acknowledging and apologizing. I was so calm, but told myself I will deal with it later. I didn't expect such service, from a young and handsome boy. Who seems like, he knows what his doing. I was very disappointed.
