BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 12 July 2020 i ordered and paid for 2 x 2pack Pillow sets. When they delivered my ordered on 15 July 2020 i only received 1 set of pillows instead of 2. I called the online team the same day 15 June 2020 at 16:16 and spoke to an African lady called Pumi...I explained to her the story regarding my order, which she also find it difficult to calculate my order quantity etc I explained to her that I was suppose to receive 4 pillows instead of 2..anyway to cut a long story short she promised me that I would get a call from someone today and when I asked her for the reference number for the call she advised that my order number is my reference number. The following day (16 July )I was patiently waiting on a call from TFG. I decided to call the online shopping team number again and spoke to Estelle. I was shocked and disappointed to discovered that “Pumi” didn’t log my call as Estelle couldn’t pick up anything on the system. Estelle was so kind and patient with me ( coz I think I was a bit irritated now) and she assured me that this time around my query is logged and gave me a reference number Rm248680.

I am constantly following-up on my query and every time i get told that someone from the on-line department will contact me.

Today is the 29 July 2020, and i have not heard a word from the on-line. This is UNACCEPTABLE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE to the max....

TFG @HOME I have requested a refund on the other set of pillows you owe me and yet you could not even do that.

I am out of pocket and short of one set of pillows......IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTMOMERS!!
