Bad customer service

I bought a phone Redmi A5 2days ago in one of their stores The Fix Greenacres. No one assisted when I came to buy the phone so I can get more info on the device. They just went to the back and got the phone unboxed it and set it up for me, even put in the sim card.

Now when I go back to ask about certain features on the phone I was told by the store manager that the company policy is that customers must do their own research on google. That policy however is not on the slip or even on the website. I even told them that I do not want a refund on my account, but an exchange and we can check which phone has the features I need.

As I write this I'm already planning on buying another phone, because this one is of no use to me, I've even contemplated just taking it back and tell them to keep it.
