Bad customer service by TFG staff

On the 14th June 2020 i placed an online order for two pairs of sneakers one pair was out of stock and i was refunded for it. They have been sending me from pillar to post about the other pair one minutes its cancelled and ill be refunded one minute i get calls that the was i mix up with orders . I even called head office twice and i was told that the matter will be resolved . I placed another order with different items and i received it. When it raced the sneaker order it said ready for store collection When i got to sportscene mafikeng mall i was assisted by a rude lady by the name of Thato to my surprise i received a wrong order
