bad customer service and ruining credit record

I am so ****sd off with TFG they have the worst customer service team I have ever come across my account has been closed and paid up in 2018 already but it is still reflecting as open by the baurau, I've been calling them since 2018 to fix this everytime a consultant says they going to put it through to itc and put me on hold for almost 20minutes without asking if they can put me on hold, wow they're disgusting with their customer service and everytime I call in the next agent tells me the same story which means the previous person I spoke to didn't do as they said they would!!! I am so sick and tired of this I want this account to reflect as closed I don't ever want to deal with TFG again worst company and customer service I have ever experienced
