Bad customer service and inconvenience

hello I bought a phone from Jet Alex Mall for my dad and i explained to the cashier whom is a manager in the shop told her that I want to insure de phone with my dad's details ,she said it's OK it can be done because I did not have my dad's ID she said I must come back with his ID I did exactly that .Only to find out that the phone was on my name when I back to the shop after my father lost his phone Dey took all paperwork I brought affidavit from police station n submitted without giving filling any forms after 4 days I was called by insurers saying I didn't submit all the documents after submission everything my claim was rejected unapproved cos I didn't loose de phone my father did De next day my policy was canceled without any explanation

Poor customer service I got from both sides Tfg insure and Jet Alex Mall staff
