Bad customer service

I went to HI shop in Kempton Park festival mall today 28 March 24 to purchase iPhone 13 using my tfg card apon arrival one lady who's working there came to assist us I explained to her that I want iphone 13 she said they do have in-store we must wait she's fetching it from storeroom as I waited she called me from the door of storeroom as i approached the door i could hear a lady behind storeroom was telling the lady who was assisting us if did we call in the morning , I said no I didn't call then the lady said no we can't give her the phone because other customer called ask for the phone to be kept until he / she arrived . I was so disappointed then the lady who was helping me ask if mabye I can take the one on display I asked her how can I buy demo or display while the phone is there she said to me no there's is nothing she can do it's either I take display with original amount or i go to other branches. I don't understand how can they keep a phone for someone who's not in shop nd decline someone who's inside to buy ... that lady doesn't even know what is customer service she was very ******** .
