Bad customer service

I am typing this email so disappointed with the service we getting, we went to Sterns Mall of tembisa with my partner to apply for secondary card and were told to come back after 24 hours, when we get there they called customer service and we're told they can't pick up our application.

We went to relay jeans Mall of africa where we were told they do not have the forms.

We then went to Relay jeans where we were told they do not know how the process work and they sent us to Markhams Mall of Tembisa where we did the application and we're told to wait for SMS or come back after 4 days which we did. Customer service was called again and we're told we must re- apply again and wait another for days, I mean I already missed the black friday specials and I can't use the card since my partner is always at work, kindly assist I have attached our application from Markhams.

Kindlybtreat as urgent the kids must go Friday with the clothes.
