Bad Customer Service
TFG customer service is extremely bad. I don’t wrote a review complaining about them. A day later they send an email and sms saying they will review my query shortly. Nobody phoned me, nobody assisted me regarding the query but few days later I received an email stating that the query has been resolved, How??? Few minutes later got another email saying that the account is handed out I must contact the collection agency. How can a paid up account be handed over? Since then never heard anything from them. They’re doing the same thing they did back in 2019 and 2020. I don’t know what to do now.
