Bad customer service

The email I sent to TFG and all they did was to give a useless Case number. It's over 7 months without any solution to my problem.

Email below: On the 10 September 2020 I bought HMR HI BOOST MAX WHITE which was R1499. 00 at Total Sports in Alex Mall and On the 25th September suddenly the screen went off and on the 26th of September in the morning I went to the store in Alex Mall and spoke to Lebo (Manager) explained everything he then promised log it for repair as the warranty states 3 months, we agreed as he stated I should come back in 3 months time and i went back on the 9th of January 2021 they said they don't know anything about the phone n I was frustrated cos they have poor service and they made to stand there for almost half an hour and they said they will call me back I should come back once they called. Even today there's no contact from Lebo or the store... I am no longer interested in getting the phone back I WANT MY REFUND or I will take this further. Trust me If I don't get a call back for my refund I will expose the store.

To be honest I don't like threads but if this is how you run your business, yall have lost me as the loyal customer.

We received a call on the 6th around 6:47Pm from *** and we were advised to go back to the store and on the 7th of April we went back, nothing was done we waited for an hour and we really came a long way we wasted our transport fare for not help from the store.

I am really sick and tired of this **** of a service. Even now we still without a phone or our money back... Matter of fact we want our Refund cos this getting out of Hands... I dont want any but my money back.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
