bad customer service

I'm speechless with the service I received from TFG, I placed an order online on the 28th of November then on the 1st of December I received an email that says my order is on the way to me and I waited for it by it never came I then made a follow-up with them and they told me that my order is with a courier RTT, on the 19th of December I called them and I was told that I will receive my order on the 19th or on the 20th the latest and that was a promise, I then ask the customer services personnel if the calls are recorded and she said yes all of their calls are recorded and today the 20th of December I received a mail that read as "Unfortunately, we have had to cancel one or more of your items in your order p*** placed on 28 November 2019 due to insufficient or damaged stock by the time your order reached our warehouse.

The funds that were reserved for this order will be reversed to either your TFG store card or credit/debit card.

So I'm surprised to receive a mail that say my orders is cancelled due to insufficient or damaged stock by the time your order reached our warehouse. but for me this are lies below the is a prove that the order was indeed handed to RTT...

All I want is my order not a refund and a compensation on top cause this is playing with customers rights, and I'm not going to let TFG play with us I'm willing to take this matter forward if they are not going to deliver my order.
