Bad business

Ordered a pair of size 8 sneakers for a matric ball on the 24th of November. Only one size was available on the website and it was a size 8. I then got the deliveryand was given a wrong size. A size 9 was delivered. Got send back to the shop. Took time away from work. They couldn't resolve the issue. I find this as bad business. I paid my order in cash. Why can TFG or Bash not solve this problem
