Bad Billing Practices
It's a shame that during these times when customers are dutifully paying their accounts on a monthly basis, receiving their salary on the last day of the month, paying their bills via EFT, but for some reason on the 4th of the new month it does not reflect on the recipient's side, you get an sms regarding outstanding payment & then to top it all you get billed for the sms ... Really TFG! Are there not people out there who are not paying their bills at all that you can harrass... For a Group of this magnitude ... surely they can find another way around this ...
