Bad bad bad tfg most horrible online store

I had the most bad experience with tfg talk about no morals with regards to lying to their customers Nevertheless let me hop into it , so I've actually did shopping on their online store then they had a glich on their system where I was to purchase a pair of takkies which set me back 1500 then all of a sudden money was deducted but no confirmation was sent to me of which I knew something wasn't right at that time , I then proceeded to phone them and they said the order had had been cancelled then because it was a sale item & they only limited to having about 3 pairs left 1 of which was in my size Feeling troubled with thoughts that I was going to lose the size available that's when a agent told me that they could do nothing that's when I took another 1500 and set me back even further just because I really liked the item I successfully received my refund after countless & multiple times I had to call with regards to my refund. Happily received my item.. Which brings me to today's issue I've made another order which of 1 item was couriered to me but the other item they apparently have a high demand and don't have of the item after I saw there was 4 sizes online by the way I paid cash and eft was instant. So I've been waiting 6 days for a refund and a weekend and prior to this I've had a incident with the shoes and I know that the refund takes 48hrs so I've spoken to a agent that blantly **** to me saying it takes 5 to 10 days for a refund and its unfair towards us customers that prefer purchasing from tfg due to authenticity I'm so fed up with tfg after this other refund I'll never purchase from them again
