Awful service and ****ty Bash apo

Placed an order on the awful Bash App. I selected store delivery to be foshini Mall of Africa, when the invoice came,it says Boulders and Germiston. I immediately called customer care where I was told there is nothing that can be done. I called again and the lady said she has sent an email to The courier. And I was told again it cannot be changed. The order was not even picked yet and has not even left the warehouse???
