Awesome customer retention from Nonzwakazi Nikelo

I would like to write a review about the excellent customer retention experience I received from Nozwakazi Nikelo @TFG customer support. After numerous attempts to resolve a simple query I had and the branch representative together with the TFG card division was not helpful she stepped in, in the most helpful and friendly manner to get the issue resolved. Every curtesy call she made to me was very friendly and polite. Beautiful customer retention service, I applaud her (Nonzwakazi Nikelo )
