@Home Richards Bay Supersvisor Sheena is rude

Went to @ Home Richards Bay to collect some online items I purchased. Well sadly three items which were not suitable I said let’s credit these items right now as it’s not suitable. These were Galaxy rings. The lady standing next to the lady who was sorting my collection immediately and RUDELY said “ You can’t return this here “. Her tone was rude and condescending as can be. I sais where should I return this as it’s online purchase. Her response was • well where you bought it from!

How rude was that. I called her out on her mannerisms and tone as she could have said Ma”am sorry this is not possible. What you need to do is check which TFG store this purchase was made and then go there to have the item credited. We ended up having an argument about her tone with her shrugging her shoulders and repeatedly telling me loudly she “ doesn’t think she needs to apologize or that she was wrong in her attitude and if I feel that way it’s fine “ and she doesn’t care if I record her display on social media. She is the second person this week to tarnish your name. Call me and I shall enlighten you what happen with Coricraft. They apologized and I agreed to continue with the sale but now I will be closing my account of more than 20 years!!! Thanks for Sheena for demonstrating how consistently bad your so called supervisor of @ home Richards Bay treats customers.
