ARROGANT, USELESS AND DIRESPECTFUL TFG Forensic department

My name is William Malatji and I am from Phalaborwa, Limpopo Province. My information was *****ulently used to open account at Totalsports Worcester and the culprit made a purchase of R9999.00. I was told open a case at police station and they refused, citing that it is the responsibility of Totalsports to open the case not me. I was only given the option to write an affidavit, for which I did and sent it together with the dispute form to TFG forensic department. Alicia and Byron from TFG forensic department promised to interrogate and investigate the matter within 4 weeks and till to date I am still frustrated and nothing has been done to resolve the matter. On Tuesday the 28 of December 2023, I received the message that if i do not pay R960.00 before 01st of January 2024, I will be handed to the lawyers for collection costs. I am very angry that my information was *****ulently used to commit ***** and TFG failed to protect me. I am also worried about my credit scoring as the above matter may hamper my credit profile. I very angry and frustrated and wishing that ****** nonsense TFG can resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is really ********* indeed and feel that I am being punished for TFG incompetence.
