Archive TFG horrible service

I recieved an email on Wednesday stating I won a chance to purchase the nike dunk team red I entered for a size 7, I got there and my name was not on the list, I was utterly and completely embarrassed, I took off time from work to go and collect to get there for that to transpire, the lady Sima at shortmarket Street branch then phoned in to her manager or whoever and they said it's an error on their part they will try to source me a pair in a size 7 or give me a voucher to the value of the shoe I have a witness who was in store with me who can account for this! yesterday I was contacted by sima from head office as she introduced herself telling me to collect my shoe the next day which was 12/02/2020 for me to get there and be told she can't sell the shoe to me she was instructed that they're not allowed to. How does a consumer bare the burden of the retailers incompetencies. They contacted me via instagram saying the matter will be investigated but nowhere did the message state they cannot sell me the shoe as I was advised telephonically I could get the pair and collect the Saturday, now this is after I've been to store to collect twice as per instruction By archive tfg and both times to have to leave the store with nothing to show for it! A waste of my time and petrol x2. And tfg simply doesn't give a **** about customer service to sort this matter out promptly, effictively or. Efficiently. Failure to deliver on promises made.
