Appalling services TFG & PARGO

Tfg and pargo services is appalling, how can one order take a whole month to be delivered it wasn't even delivered after a month of waiting only to get a credit note for one item... The other not delivered and no refund for it... I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything online. There was no notification whatsoever that the items would be delivered or a mere phone call to notify me. Tfg group refund my money in full or bring my ordered items asap, I had to wear those clothes but has to find an alternative yet I know I have paid in full and I did not buy those clothes with credit!!

POOR SERVICE!!

Thought this would be the safest way to shop since woman are being abducted every day in SA even at the malls but buying online was also not the best alternative after all.
