Appalling customer service

This is the most annoying customer service company i ever dealt with. I am experiencing same treatment on different issues, which means they never try to improve they customer service channel. I have an order that i have been waiting for, when i checked the status last Friday it says Return for why i don't know. I then send them an email, which i am still waiting for reply even now. No refund no nothing, no email sent to advised why my order is returned. It is so upsetting because i love their sport wear and i always buy at Total Sport and Sportscene.
