Appalling Customer Service
Appalling Customer service, I made an online purchase 30TH June still waiting for delivery for the rest of my items, I keep getting an sms saying delivery exception. How is it possible to get the wrong address on the same order split into two deliveries with one already being ,made come on!!!!they dont respond to emails, even when you call the call center they promise to resolve issues but nothing is being done. This business is taking its customers for granted.
