Apalling poor service!

I made a purchase on the Bash online website for a Tablet of which they were running a special on going for R999, order placed on the 16 February 24, and to date I have not received my order and have not received any communication from Brash advising me whether I will be getting my order or I will be refunded my money, I have sent them numerous email following up on my order and my emails are falling onto deaf ears as no one from Bash is responding to my emails, or let alone advise me if I will be refunded with my money. I am so disgusted with their services its so appalling to say the least. At this point I regret ever supporting bash.
