Annoyed

I'm very disappointed in TFG i have placed an order on 03 December 2020 the order was Bandage Sandals, Basic Slides and Square face watch i received shoes only but i didn't receive the watch i want that watch not refund. My second order was placed on the 04 December 2020 it was 7 T-shirts but i only received 1 T-shirt what happened to the rest of the order no communication from them nothing since 11 of January i have been calling but their agency are telling me lies on top of that they keep saying we shipping them from the warehouse as urgent delivery but nothing i called now again they kept me on hold for hours until i dropped the phone

Because of that unprofessional behavior i want all that items i order on the same price no refund.
