Annoyed by TFG maladministration

The Foschini Group is a chaos. Their administration is nonsense. Previously I've been receiving my account statement via email, but all this changed in May till now. I now receive an sms . When I logged a complaint I was told nonsense that I should send them proof of banking details and a copy of my ID. I was perplexed you mess up my account with your maladministration and block my card with your stupid questions that has nothing to do with my account. Now I have to clean up your nonsense. I am never in arrears I always pay in due time. I now to conclude to pay you off and stop this account . I no longer wish to do business with you.
