Honestly I've never seen such ****, I've logged a complaint on the 04 Feb 2020 at 14:01 pm regarding the same issue " I cannot log onto my online profile because it says We seem to be having a technical problem. Please try again, or call Customer Services on ***or email *** then I was told I have a duplicate account and they will reset it and to my surprise it was fixed (or only for that time) then the next day gave me the same error again I even tried to then reset my password then I clicked forgot password then I got this stupid error message saying Internal server error, please try again later. This website should get a serious makeover and be more functional.
