Angry customer

Good morning I paid my account on the 5 October R1284 I was in the branch in Jet Palm Springs mall The following day I went back to store to settle my account they told me I was last paid in September then I ask them why my account wasn't updated because my balance has to be R2000 The manager came in and call customer service and ask for my bank statement On the 10 October I went to the same store they told me that is still the same Mlungisi emailed to customer service after two days I went there to check Only to find out that they didn't respond to the email Today I received a call that saying I last paid in September My card number is ***
