with the email response I got from Ayesha Johaar with reference RM28**** I still have not received any assistance instead the agent I spoke to this morning told me the shoes is not on special anymore therefore I wont get the order.
as it is not my fault that the Courier IT drover got ****** and the special is not in place anymore , I don't care at this momrnt all I know is that I DO NOT WANT a refund but the shoe I ordered.
one agent confirmed the same shoe is available at sportscene ellof joburg cbd .
therefore I need it to get to me .
im not going to rest until they sort out their bull**** .
