American Swiss Stellenbosch/ Monitors SA insurance you are robbing honest, hardworking people

Make it make sense. I bought a Samsung 04s for my 14 year old daughter at American Swiss Stellenbosch and the sales lady ask if i want to take out insurance on the phone of which i said yes. She went on to say the phone will be immediately insured after the first instalment in June. Further she said will i make use of a debit order Long Story Short! My daughter was picked pocket early November 2023 and now MONITORS SA which is contracted by American Swiss says the phone should have been in my possession and not my daughter's because i signed on the contract and not the 14 yr old child. The sad part is i had to phone American Swiss Stellenbosch and MONITORS SA to find out what is happening with my claim only to find out my claim has been declined. Their professionalism is a disgrace.
