AMERICAN SWISS CLEARWATER

We bought a silver wedding ring at American Swiss Clearwater on 9th November. The ring was only worn on the 30th of November for 2days and started causing irritation on my finger. it was returned to the store hoping for an exchange, and the sales person claimed that it has scratches, and as a result he cannot take it back, but can only sent it for resize. The ring is back from resizing, I put it on however it is still causing irritation and discomfort on my finger. American Swiss states that it cannot exchange Nor refund me. We are so disappointed on how this was solved by a huge company like this one , and the treatment we received was very poor , from management side to the sale executive.
