Ambiguous payment plan
I noticed without giving much attention my statements showing an interest being charged on my account. Finally I phoned customer services to enquire only to be told I have two different payment plans. A 6 month interest free and another 6 months with interest. I ask how possible can a customer choose the option with interest if the repayment term is the same.
