Am i doing online shopping at TFG or a ****a shop???

I have had just about enough with TFG! If you can not handle or online shopping orders please do consider putting a pause on online shopping! I placed a order 24 JULY 2020 one item was short I called between the 28th - 30th of JULY ,I was then informed that the item is coming from another province so it will take abit longer ,no problem! after waiting patiently i called again on the 7th of AUGUST ,i was then advised that its with courier from the 5th and it should take 10 days max i once again thought great stuff! but nothing ever showed up . i called again on the 24th of AUGUST ( a month since placing this order) and then i was advised the item is damaged and a refund will be processed once it gets returned to the warehouse ! really?? what micky mouse company is this? I get a new story with every phone call even though its weeks apart and if I DO NOT CALL YOUUU i will receive no feedback so I guess I will have to call again after a week to hear what the 4th story is ! I do not expect this from a big company such as TFG but ordering from Wish is better than you! . I order from mr price who i am sure is just as busy and literally in 3 days i have my order never had to call them once!
