Alerting customer's on TFG ****s, always check your receipts before leaving the store

Archive store Rustenburg mall ,one of the consultants sold me a sneaker on sale n gave me a cleaning kit telling me it was free valued at R499, I only discovered a month later that the kit was actually charged as an item sold. I then find out that I'm not the only customer they did this too, turns out its their way of ****ming customers into selling their cleaning kits.

I have been calling the store to no response to complain about this matter since I live far from the mall. Just alerting people to be on the look out when purchasing at such store's.
