Aftersales Service is Terrible

No feedback for over a week. I have sent numerous messages and emails to "customer service", even Facebook messages regarding my wedding ring purchased from Sterns, I have recieved ref numbers but no one gets back to you. According to Sterns the matter has been resolved, this is according to their Hello Peter comment on my post. It has absolutely not been sorted out. How can a big company as yourself just allow such terrible after sales service to be ignored?
