Advertised but TFG will not give the discount!!! Disgusting

Currently on the Exact website they are advertising jackets and other items showing a yellow buy 1 get 1 Free sticker, yet when you add it to your bag and want to check out with 2 items (both with the sticker) the discount does not get app****. So I just got off the line with TFG online Shop assistance. I emailed them a pint screen of my bag and the Team leader Rihanna tells me she has logged it with brands and they are still getting back to her. She doesnt take my details, no id number, account number or name, I had to force her to take my cell number and name. She then tells me even though she reports it she cannot confirm that I will get my discount. I also current do not have enough credit to purchase the items at full price and therefore cannot proceed to but it, yet still in my bag. Rihanna confirms that her manager is not available "Cheryl" but refuses to give me her surname as well as cheryl surname. This is pathetic service from TFG. I have been a loyal customer . They advertise things but do not adhere to the sale clearly stated. This is against CPA and TCF. The way i was spoken to by Rihanna was extremely condescending. This is unacceptable! Chancers are they will not give me feedback and if they do, by that time sale has been removed or sizes would not be available. PATHETIC
