Accounts department is disgusting and their external agencies

I am utterly disgusted by TFG group... I had an account outstanding with them in 2021 in which I had been paying it monthly however due to covid 19 and reduced working hours I somehow went into arrears with them and couldn't afford the normal installment its been 4 years that I haven't been contacted by TFG neither have I ever been sent a statement of my account neither have they told me where my account was handed over too.

I went into the store to pay to my surprise I was handed over to external debtors with absolutely no calls no information where to pay and no communication from TFG!!! ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT WE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF SUCH ACCOUNTS AND BE SENT STATEMENTS ON A MONTHLY BASIS ..

I WANT TFG TO TAKE MY NAME OFF THE CREDIT BUREAU MAKING ME SEEM AS IF I NEVER WANT TO PAY AND I WANT THEM TO WRITE THE WHOLE ACCOUNT OFF SINCE I WAS NOT CONTACTED AND I REFUSE MY NAME TO BE DRAGGED DOWN WITHOUT ME HAVING DETAILS OF WHERE TO PAY

IF TFG DOESNT COMPLY I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER.
