Account suspended without any communication

<p>On Saturdy, 29 July 2017, i rushed to Markham Menlyn to urgently buy some clothing, when i got to the till point, the cashier told me my account was blocked because when i opened the account, 3 years ago, i was on contract employment. Earlier that day i went to Total Sports to pay my installment and they didn't even mention anything about the block . First of all, when i opened the account no one told about that condition. I recieve multiple emails from Markham every week but none of the emails mention anything about the block. I pay my monthly installments very well, more than what my statement says i should pay. I've never skipped a payment, never! I've been permanently employed for some time now and i know of people who are not even employed but they have never came across such nonsense, their accounts are fully functional. This is how i get treated for my loyalty? So basically TFG was waiting for me to go for shopping, fit clothes, and get all excited, and then when i get to the till point, break the news to me and humiliate me. I am done with TFG, you guys can keep the account blocked, I'll pay off my outstanding balance and close the damn account. As of today, i want you guys to stop sending me any communication regarding adverti*****ts or credit limit increase, that's what you're good at, all you know is to send useless communication and neglect the most crutial information that need my urgent attention .</p>
