Account Query

I app**** for an account with Sport Scene online, I was sent an sms saying it has been approved and i need to send a payslip or bank statement via whatsapp or email, i have sent it via both. it was done at the beginning of April. Now it's almost the end of April and every time i go to the store, i'm told that there system says i need to confirm employment and salary amount with new accounts department. When we call, there's no human beings working in that department to answer the phone EVER. IS there anyone who can assist??????
