9 January 2019 i got confirmation that my account is moved to the 24 month plan with installment R320 monthly. However, i receive all these threats, sms's , emails and they also blacklisted me on the credit bureau - i am paying every month my R320 - they dont come back to you and say sorry - nothing - bad and poor customer service
