Account opened and credit keep increasing even when the account is not used.
My younger sister opened my account and it keeps on increasing the credit, previously her account balance was 1500 and she made sure she pays it and not take anything else, now all of a sudden she gets calls saying she owes you guys 3500 what kind of schemes are you running, she is a student how is she supposed to pay that, oh and they refused to ssnd her statements so we can see what is going on with the account.
