Account not being closed

TFG is annoying, I paid my account in full in December last year (2021) and told them to also close it which they told me that it’s closed but even till today I still get their emails with my statements and those statements are no longer on 0.00 as they have been some accumulative service fee for each and every month.

So stay away from open an account with any of TFG stores.
