Account issues with no response

I opened an account last year January and was approved, I never got notified that my card was ready for collection and life just went on when I tried to re apply after 3 months it's unsuccessful and has been unsuccessful ever since. All the staff at TFG stores are confused at this as I have a good credit score, low expenses and my salary is higher than what it was when I was approved. I have tried to reach out via phone calls and email with no response. I just want this resolved.
