ACCOUNT DISPUTE- CS-***

Okay, someone somewhere decided to open an account at Foschini group using my profile, I do not know how because I went to Sportscene to ask about this they also verified and found out that the details on that account do not match mine. If how they authorize the account without my payslip I also do not know, the person who authorized or approved the credit is in a good position to answer this one. I was told that I am on areas and I told them I never opened such an account the last time I opened an account with them I was told I did not qualify. I disputed the account last year, they said they would do the forensic investigation. My question to them was, so you do not know who approved this account? Who was assessing the eligibility of this unknown person? I need answers because this thing messes up my credit score.
