Account complain tfg ( Ara)

I am so mad right now at Ara group, I was made to pay up my account and my clearance letter was sent to me but stil my name is not cleared and today I get a call that I am still owing nd I need to pay R700...why on earth was the clearance letter sent to me if I am still owing ontop of that no one wants to assist me those consultants keep promising to col me bek n they dont...I hve been goin up n down with this matter...I need my name cleared this ppl r ****en ****s I can't up up twice they can go to hell...I paid up last year October n now 8 months later my name is still not cleared...?????
