Account Application Horror
Absolutely horrible experience trying to open an account!!! Told I was approved twice over the phone with customer service, they advised me to go to store and collect the card. Store has system issues, requires documentation all over again, extremely inconvenient, printer and scanners in stores don't even work. Pathetic!!! I work in customer service and this was horrible!!
