A *****ulent account was opened using my name and I am sure this was an inside job as I never provided documents .I was told they are investigating the account while I’m in a process of applying for access amount on my bond and vehicle only to find out my account are in arrears.If this matter is not resolved by tomorrow Foshini will be reliable for the loss and will have to make sure I get the vehicle and access amount on the bond as this wasn’t my fault.when you open an account there need to be verification that is done Online finger verification to verify if that client is the right customer how did you verify the person cause it wasn’t me I need proof otherwise I’m will sue Truworths for not add proper verification and it names are now listed and can’t apply for bond and car . foshini will be reliable for this.
